Based on extensive research and interviews with over 120 millionaire real estate investors like these, Gary Keller’s new “how to” guide reveals the models, strategies and fundamental truths millionaires use to become wealth through real estate investing.

FLIP: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit
This is essentially two books in one. Authors Rick Villani and Clay Davis explain both the practical and the experiential aspects of “flipping” a house for profit.
Villani and Davis, who are the senior executives of HomeFixers Corp.,
North America’s leading real estate rehab franchisor, drew upon their experiences of personally investing in or consulting on more than a thousand flip projects to write this book. FLIP is the third book to be released in the best-selling Millionaire Real Estate Series.
In FLIP, Villani and Davis first explain why they flip houses and the resources you need to get into the business, whether as a hobby or as a full-time job. The authors then share the five stages they follow to flip a house:
1. FIND a promising house
2. ANALYZE the profit potential
3. BUY at the right price
4. FIX on time and on budget
5. SELL quickly to maximize profit

The authors explain why each stage is important and then give specific action items, checklists and/or formulas to complete each stage.
