Testimonials

To JG, David and the Productivity Group,

I would like to share a story of my experience over the past several weeks. I have been licensed for almost 3 months now and in those months I have taken Ignite, Boot Camp and then I decided to take it even one step further and enroll in BOLD. It felt quite overwhelming and it was a lot of information to take in at one time. Through Ignite and Boot Camp I gained a wealth of knowledge and learned so many new things. And then Boot Camp was just the kick in the butt that I needed to go out and do everything that JG had already prepared me to start doing.

During the first week of making my weekly 100 contacts I picked up a lead and did exactly what JG has always been telling me to do…get the face-to-face appointment! I met with the clients and then over the next few weeks assisted them in getting pre-qualified, showed them homes in the market and then ultimately got the listing for their current home! It was the most exciting and nerve racking experience all at the same time! And I could not have done it without the help, guidance and support of both JG and David. They have provided me with all the tools that I need in order to succeed and most of all they gave me the confidence to believe that I can do it on my own.

I joined KW because of the recognized training that they provide. And I never expected the level of support and camaraderie that has been fostered by JG and David for all the newest members in Productivity Coaching.

Thank you so much for everything that you guys have done!

Aisha C.

Congrats fellow BOLD graduate Aisha! Did you get 100 percent like me? lol!

I’d like to mention yourself Jason for all your help during the “one on one’s” and Ignite. Jamie Purvis for all his kind words and guidance, David “no booze” McCrossman and last but not least my partner in crime, my door knocking buddy Joseph Giglio. By the way he is one handsome fellar and it’s priceless watching him get tongue tied when a woman smiles at him Honest to goodness you’d think he was in grade 4 and someone passed him a note in class saying “Mary wants to ‘go around’ with you” lol!

Shadowing Jon Peters and Austin Keitner on JGs recommendation really helped give me an idea of what cold calling should sound like. I would recommend seeking out more experienced agents to shadow for anyone who is feeling stuck.

Additionally, making a decision to time block and holding yourself accountable should lead to action. At the end of the day no one else can do it for you.

Being a new agent if can be quite overwhelming in the beginning. For me it’s still overwhelming a year later, but the truth is you really just need to do the work wether you think you’re ready or not.

The best way is to ask someone who has the experience to show you the ropes. I’ve had the recent pleasure to shadow Ted Neal door knocking and not only is a great way to learn how the true pros do it but even more important for me it really motivates you. Ted was great, he was himself. He wasn’t trying to be a salesperson and wasn’t concerned about rejection. It was a great experience

I got to shadow Mary Ann Gutierrez early on back in the summer at her open houses. I loved learning all of her tips and just talking about real estate in general. She made me feel confident and comfortable right from the start!

I also got to door knock with Eddie Coleman and we had a blast. Eddie also let me do a few of his showings back in the summer, great experience for a new agent. Thanks!

Also I want to thank Stephanie Wood, Sean Muad’Dib, Stephanie Nause, Ted Neal, Jamie Purvis for the warm welcome in the office and the valuable advice and conversations we’ve had over the past couple of months.

You all rock! THANKS!!!

Jennifer R.

I had the Pleasure to shadow Craig Sherwood at an open house, it was a great experience. By just watching a pro like Craig in action you learn so much, I highly recommend new agents to reach out and shadow someone it really motivates you. to everyone in the office thanks for all the advice and guidance.

 Jason & David,

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the coaching and training you have both provided me with this year.

When I first sat down in the Ignite course earlier in the year and had information coming at me from everywhere, I must admit, I was confused at first.

As the year has progressed and as I have taken the time to attend additional courses and just tried to ‘get out there’ and do the best I could, I now feel prepared and confident (I still have lots more to learn though!). Thanks for reviewing all the documents (with attention to detail), for answering all my questions right away and I look forward to working with you again in the new year.

I would also like to acknowledge Tuan Tran for all his support this year from allowing me to shadow with him on a couple of open houses to always being there when I had questions or needed someone to talk to about my business.

Thanks also to Carlo Sconza for his guidance on how to grow my business.

It’s been a pleasure and thank you again for all that you do for us new agents!

I would like to wish you and your families Happy Holidays and a Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year!

Arif L.
